A sheet of water is always better than a splattering. :) Do you have a current image from today for comparison?
Just added one from 2007.
I vote for the sheet of water. Considering I was in a skiff which sunk under the falls when it operated in its glory days....I could have easily paddled away rather than ending up in the drink with that small water flow!
