All Aboard the Disneyland Stagecoach!



Just a quick two-part series from some black and white negatives, with today’s entry showcasing the Disneyland Stagecoach. For a period of about 4 years, guests could ride these Stagecoaches around Frontierland and the Rivers of America. In 1956, when The Living Desert was added, the Stagecoaches were renamed The Rainbow Mountain Stagecoach Ride. In 1959 when The Living Desert was expanded into The Nature’s Wonderland attraction, the Stagecoaches became a thing of the past. Here’s the attraction poster for the Stagecoaches:

Fun photo's, thanks Dave! Amazing to think Knott's still has its stagecoach, maybe they were trying to "one-up" Disneyland... It didn't work...

That's one of the rarest posters, super cool because it is for three classicl Frontierland attractions! I haven't seen many of these around...
