These 2 lads were featured in a post or two last month, and are back today in front of the Adventureland Gate, circa 1957. Hey, what is that rascal doing on the right? Somebody better call security! Here’s one of the exuberant duo in front of the castle…

Those are some great early photos, they have a slight sepia quality that makes them feel extra antiquey.
Thanks for the construction shots too, I hope they manage to retain the feeling of the area despite the changes.
Great construction photos.
Where were you when you took them?
Hey George - the first NO Square shot was standing in front of the fence; the 2nd was from Club 33.
Someone forgot to give those boys the memo that they are in the HAPPIEST place on earth! Or they're at that 'too cool to smile stage'.
Dave says: “the 2nd was from Club 33”… WHOA, Dave, you were AT Club 33? How sweet is that!!!!! Can we hope for an in person photo tour?
Thanks for the cool construction shots! These black and whites gems are neat; yes these kids must be just too cool to smile! I think the taller kid has outgrown his cool 50’s shirt however!
