Vintage Disneyland: The Harry Pollack Collection Pt. 1
I am beginning to show off a few images from a 1950s collection of photos taken by Harry S. Pollack of Wilmington, Delaware. No idea who he was, but I sure do like the images he captured! I am guessing this set is from 1956-1958. Today's duo features the long-gone Skyway attraction. I love that he captured Timothy Q. Mouse from the Dumbo attraction in the first image.
Tomorrowland is shown pre-Matterhorn, when the Skyway supports were very visible.
More vintage (and contemporary!) Disneyland photos at my main website.

Wow. One couldn't have staged a better shot. One person waving, one looking at the camera, the distance between the bucket and Timothy, Timothy facing in the right direction... Nice.
Nice images today. The Timothy Mouse/Skyway pic is a winner! Can't wait for the rest of Harry's pics. Thanks, Dave.
