Great muddy waters photo! Always love the Ariel shots too! THANKS! P.s. I finally got new internet at work, now its back to "coffee with Dave"!
The first photo shows how the river cuts into the shore to form a place to moor a boat. There were several of these mooring pockets around the rivers in the early years.
Does anybody know what they were intended for?
Amazing to see Fort Wilderness as only a few rickety 2 X 4's. i'm wondering if those were placed there to get an idea of the scale of the thing?
