From June 1964, The Blue Monorail (complete with bubble) is on the way to pick up a few more hotel guests. I attempted to lighten up the loading area to show a little more detail; the detail shot also gives you a view of the back of the iconic Disneyland sign as well as a sign for Western Airlines.
Just for good measure I am throwing in an undated 1950’s parking lot shot.

All three are very nice. It appears that the Monorail track actually banks a bit when it curves, which I never knew.
i never knew there was an iconic disneyland sign over there, which must be near the corner of west and katella. the original iconic sign, of course, was near the corner of harbor and what is now disney way.
Thanks for the great shots of the Hotel. Can't get enough . .
