A beautiful overhead view of Rainbow Ridge in Frontierland from November 1967. Zooming in we get a closer look at the Wagon Repairing sign. By the time this photo was shot, the Wagon and Stage Coach ride attractions had been long gone.
These images might explain why they were eliminated.

I noticed that too. I didn't see much gold at the top of the spire. If this is '67 then Walt has already passed, but I thought he put gold trim on the spires long before he left.
Those pics of the stagecoach are definitely a few I have never seen before. That's something else. I hope that damage didn't happen in the middle of a guest's ride.
Whether it's in the loading area of Rainbow Ridge or somewhere along Nature's Wonderland, I've always loved the Mine Train photos with the Swiss Matterhorn towering behind it in the distance. It's one of my favorite juxtapositions in Disneyland. Thanks, Dave.
