I am squeezing four photos from one today with this fantastic vintage 1956 image taken in Central Plaza at Disneyland. Thanks Dave...I bet if Cal/OSHA saw those wagon riders now they would have a fit and fall in it!
There used to be such a great choice of hats to buy in the 50s there. I had a Tom Sawyer hat like this back then from Disneyland - but my fav was a pink Chinese coolie hat
Given the current management's fascination with making an alternate "Premium experience" above and beyond the regular experience, it's just a matter of time until those signs asking an additional fare to ride go back up.
