A little while ago in the Disneyland Blog Circle there was a rash of postings on Fowler’s Harbor. I’d never heard of it, so of course, it was great to learn something else new about the park. Here’s my contribution, with just the slightest peek on the left of a Keelboat.

The buildings sure look off kilter in this photo!
Looks like almost the same day as my previous posts. Fowler's Harbor is one of those places that not much has been written about except for the apocryphal story about Walt getting upset at Admiral Joe for putting so much money into the concrete and into the harbor. So in order to commemorate this, he named the harbor after Admiral Joe. Plus it is one really cool looking piece of the park that has changed over the years.
It's great to 'peek over the fence' on this picture and get a taste of what this area of the park looked like.
The boat with the outboard motor tied-up next to the Keel Boat kind of breaks the theming, though.
