The area pictured in this slide remained relatively unchanged for quite a few years after the addition of the Skyway in 1956. But I think it's safe to say that this is certainly from the 50's.

Looking at the hair and clothing, I agree with major pepperidge in saying it's from the late 50s. Definitely. I'd probably put it around 1957.
