Here we are in Tomorrowland, looking at the Circarama Building and the flags of the states. Next up is the Moonliner, sponsored by TWA (not time for Douglas yet!), with the Autopia, Skyway, and Space Bar in the background.
Here is a pretty darn rare interior shot of the Rocket to the Moon; not quite a full flight.

Fantastic Tomorrowland Pics Dave!!!! That interior shot of the Moon Rocket is just to cool!!
ReplyDeleteThanks and keep up the good work, we all appreciate it so much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The rocket to the moon interior is outstanding!
ReplyDeleteThat first photo is a beauty, and the second one is amaaaazing!
ReplyDeleteGood thing the last photo was taken brfore lift off. Otherwise if it was taken during the trip to the moon, it would be all blurry!
ReplyDeleteThe interior shot of the rocket is cool - but not very rare at all if you know where to find them. In fact, the early park souvenir guides have interior shots very similar to this one.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures, though! Thanks.
I think anonymous#2 misses the point! Dave's photo is the ONLY "amateur" photo I've ever seen of the interior. Yes it appears in guidebooks (and "The Nickel Tour"), but it is still a very rare view.
ReplyDeleteThat interior shot is fantastic. Really shows the texture of the sheet metal walls. That guy must have had a pretty powerful flash to illuminate the entire opposite wall.
ReplyDeleteAmazingly rare! What is "anonymous" talking about??? I love that Circarama building fountain & tile pattern too - I can't get enough of that design... Thanks for sharing!
