Since I did a painting of Joan, I couldn’t leave Bette Davis out of the exhibit. Here she is in “Copper Bette,” looking somewhat glamorous, thanks to costumer Edith Head.
Not sure if you know this. A Lowell, Mass. based non profit is using your painting of Bette Davis. They didn't give you credit, so I wasn't sure if it was authorized.
Thanks David, and thanks Anonymous for looking out for me. I actually mention this in a post from 2/28; yes, they asked for permission and paid me for the use.
Great work, congratulations, have a good day

ReplyDeleteI have a Copper Bette. Any way of knowing it’s authenticity?
DeleteI Ben - you have an original painting that looks just like the one I did and posted here? Would love to see it. You can email me: dvdpicasso@aol.com
