You should be relieved to know that based upon today’s first photo from 1956, balloons ARE part of the future. You just know this poor guy is sweating his $%# off. The open-mouthed gal in photo 2 is either shocked at the man in the spacesuit or she has just found out what Tomorrowland is going to look like in 50 years.

ReplyDeleteDave- these shots are outstanding. I love the drinking fountain in the second photo. It is just kind of sitting there with just a pipe and a round bowl. I did not know the future was going to minimilast with such fixtures!
