The only thing I wonder is if they are really made of marble; the streaks in the marble are so pronounced that they almost look faux. The other interesting thing about that area is that in the early 1990s, when the Snow White Grotto at Disneyland was refurbished, Caselotti re-recorded "I'm Wishing" for the Snow White Wishing Well at the age of 75.Davelandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10720475138513029144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29249921.post-1150672213911019012006-06-18T16:10:00.000-07:002006-06-18T16:10:00.000-07:00The official version of the story I heard was that...The official version of the story I heard was that the Italian sculptor had as a model was a set of soaps in the shape of Snow White and the Dwarves. The soaps were all the same size (Snow White being the same height of the Dwarves) so the sculptor used those dimensions. And I have always liked the John Hench sketch for the area.Matterhorn1959https://www.blogger.com/profile/07140583153080149244noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29249921.post-1150671756649898322006-06-18T16:02:00.000-07:002006-06-18T16:02:00.000-07:00Some art school project!
