Gems from May 1958, Pt. 6



By the time you get to the Frontierland gates, I’m sure you'll be hungry and ready for a tasty snack. How about some 15¢ popcorn...or 20¢ Fritos peanuts?





One of the most popular attractions in Frontierland at the time was Nature's Wonderland:



If the mine train wasn’t your top choice of transporation, you could also see the sites by pack mule (which is what these little tykes are waiting patiently for):

After all of that excitement, you’ll probably want to mosey around the Rivers of America for a tasty lunch at The Chicken Plantation. Hurry though...you only have about 4 more years to eat here!

I sure would like to have seen the Chicken Plantation House in person - especially the upstairs. Amazing '58 series!
