Undated Large Slides, Pt. 3: Fantasyland Autopia



Back in the early days, the Autopia was EVERYWHERE! 3 different versions: Tomorrowland Autopia, Fantasyland Autopia, and the Midget Autopia. Shot #1 is the entrance to the Fantasyland version. I have included 2 closeup shots:



This closeup shows that the Omnibus used to travel from Central Plaza over to Fantasyland:

This series reminds me of Patrick's collection, taken by a guy who worked for Kodak. Very nice images of rarely seen places!

Awesome! I miss the Fantasyland Autopia. In later years it wasn't open very often, but when it was I always picked it over the more crowded Tomorrowland Version. If you could see to the right about 30 feet you would see the "three fences" area! Neat post, thanks Dave.

Great photos! Thanks for the sign close-ups. Looks like the Autopia sign says something about the Junior Autopia.
