Happy Birthday to The King!

Today marks the 74th birthday of the King himself, Elvis Presley. Both Elvis and Disneyland came to fame at about the same time, and although I don’t believe Elvis himself ever performed at Disneyland, Scot Bruce continues to carry the torch for the late rock and roller. The images from today’s post are from April 2006 and show Bruce performing in Tomorrowland. His resemblance in both sight and sound to Elvis is truly amazing.

Scot still performs at the park, and you can catch him 1/31 and 2/2 at 7pm. See more Disneyland Tomorrowland photos at my website.

Wow, it seems like Elvis has been gone forever, I assumed that he would have been much older than 74 had he lived.

In honor of Elvis' birthday this week, I'm having Elvis week on my site. We're featuring collectors of all things Elvis and interviewed some of them. http://www.collectorsquest.com/featured-week/Elvis.html
