Twiggy at Disneyland, April 1967, Pt. 5

In shots #1 & #2 from my Twiggy series, she is seen "steering" the Columbia, with the Pirates of the Caribbean building behind her.

Although a little blurry, these next three shots over in Fantasyland are some of my favorite, as they are probably the closest poor Twiggy got to a spontaneously happy moment during her day of being filmed at the park.

See more vintage Twiggy at Disneyland photos at my regular website.

It's Twiggy-mania! I've never seen so many photos of a single celebrity at Disneyland.

I'm enjoying this series, Dave. I still have one of those Donald Duck hats with the squeaky bill from a childhood visit....as well as the I Like Disneyland/Mickey button shown in your post on Wednesday. My brother had the "I'm Goofy About Disneyland" button and I remember there was also a "I Tink It's Great" button with Tinkerbell.

Do you know if this Twiggy special has ever been available on video or dvd? Remember the Sandy Duncan at Disneyland specials of the seventies?

Tokyomagic - It is like pulling teeth trying to get info on Twiggy's special. The only reason I was able to get a title for it was because it was listed on the back of one of the promo photos. I do not believe it was shot for Disney, but rather as a special that was all about Twiggy. And yes, I do remember good ol' Sandy at Disneyland! What a classic! There is so much still to be released for the public on DVD.
