Back to the Future

Once again I present you with a date unknown photo, this time it’s the House of the Future, all tied up in a bow for what I assume must be the Christmas holidays. Personally, I always thought it looked like a huge wheel of cheese. My second mystery date photo is of the Blue Monorail going over what appears to be some construction over the lagoon.

My third and final mystery date Tomorrowland photo is a nice bw shot passing over the Yacht Bar. All three are from different batches. OK you DL Sherlock Holmes’...I’m waiting!

Well, I don't have much to add as far as guessing the dates of these pics, but they are three fantastic photos! Love the Monsanto house wrapped up for Christmas. And even the black and white photo is particularly nice.

Awsome pics Dave!! The Monsanto House is gorgeous. As far as dates they are estimates at best. Monsanto - early 1960's-vegitation looks mature.
Sub Lagoon - 1959
Yacht Bar - 1959-61
Love that Yacht Bar!!!DD

I would say later for the Submarine Voyage, maybe the first rehab of the ride. The Monsanta house looks definitely early 1960s, they may have wrapped the house in conjunction with the large star on top of the Matterhorn. The final shot I would say is 1959 as an opening year shot.

hey Matterhorn-Thats a 3 car Mark 1 Monorail that ran from 1959-61. Was the Sub Lagoon refurbished before 1961 - only 2 years after it opened? DD

DD- I say it is a four car train and due to the angle you cannot see the fourth car. But you can see the operators bubble on the top of the first car that was added in 1961. I still think mid 1960s for the first rehab/cleaning of the lagoon.
